Neurofeedback, yoga, mindfulness, and insight based therapies can change your life. That is why I am very excited to have the opportunity to share these skills with my local and online community. My name is Dr David Helfand, or Dr H, and I have been practicing neurofeedback since 2011. I started teaching yoga in 2010, and began meditating in 2006. My journey has led me to realize that everyone needs a tune up from time to time, and investing in our brain health is probably the most important decision we can make as humans. Our brains propel our bodies, guide us in decision making, and so much more.
I started this blog as a way to help others learn about services that are available to them, discuss new research coming out, and to offer tips for balanced living.
